Co-built Thryve Ops from the ground up as part of a small engineering team: an AI operations assistant for private golf clubs; shipped to 8 private golf clubs, 50+ users, and 600+ production conversations.
Developed staff-facing workflows for AI chat, SOP/document search, club administration, role-specific knowledge, and prompt-driven support for daily operations.
